Rempah giling was so popular for Malaysian oldies as it is believed to give the extraordinary delicious taste for the curry...so a few days ago my mums in law was preparing it. The process to make the rempah giling was quite hard. And I was surrender from early stage.hehe. What you have to do is you have to put cummin,curry powder,dried chilies,and water. You have to put water everytime once the curry powder is dry. You have to roll the cilinder stone with the plain stone at the bottom until all the ingredients looks as same as you grinded it. Haha believe me its so hard.. You should try it. Its fun and some people said that you might ate the stone and all the sand together with your rempah giling...hehe no lah its all nonsence...so everybody good luck! xoxo
